I have a pain right behind my belly button and the pain shoots down to my groin sometimes.the hospital said i had a yeast infection.could that be why?

Unlikely: It is unlikely that yeast infection will cause pain behind your belly button.I will suggest you consult your medical doctor to find the cause of pain behind your belly button radiating to groin. You will need a detailed history and physical exam and if indicated blood and urine test and may be imaging like cat scan.
