Anal pain: The symptoms you have suggestive of sphincter spasm or the muscle around the anus is too tight or dysfunctional. It may be causing the issues with leaking and pain. Did the previous docs actually look inside with an instrument called proctoscope? If not I would recommend it. Also need to evaluate if you have constipation. This can lead to issues. So see Gastroenterology.
