See doctor: The potential causes range from a contact allergy , pinworms, or rarely even food allergy. Get checked out. Sometime soap getting trapped in the area may be the cause as well and you need to be sure that you spread your lower cheeks to rinse off the soap when showering ( the water restriction -> reduced showering time may also be the reason) .
