Adult circumcision: Your sensitivity level has changed and you likely have become self-conscious which interferes w/spontaneous responses such as erections. If your doc says your health is fine, consider seeing a licensed sex therapist for a few educational sessions. W/out foreskin the head of your penis may feel less sensitive because the tissue thickens but will function just fine. Peace and good health.
