It is too small!: You should monitor this nodule for the next 1 to 2 months and see if it grows in size. If it gets larger to a size of a Nickel, then you wiil need to show it to your doctor or go to see a Urologist for a check up and do further tests like an ultrasound test of your left Testicle. If the size doe snot increase over the next several months, then you can ignore it as a probable benign condition.
