Most cases of condom failure are caused by mistakes in using a condom, not by failure of the condom itself. You can't be 25% pregnant. You need to be extra careful during your fertile period.

If you didn't ejaculate and most importantly you used a condom properly, there's ALMOST no risk of pregnancy. Condoms are 98% effective.

Condoms-not 100%: effective. If you are concerned about pregnacy, get tested and additionally use condoms PLUS spermicidal foam, gel, spong or vaginal suppository.

Your description of the scenario does not make sense but you took plan B 5 days before the expected day of ovulation so I think you are safe.
