Large hard moveable lumps inside labia majora (both sides), first noticed 3 years ago but could have been there longer. not painful. cancer or normal?

Not cancer: What you described are likely to be Bartholin cysts. These are harmless, unless there is infection. It would be prudent to consult your gynecologist and consider getting these treated before infection makes it a complicated issue. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
