Moisturize-lubricate: There are several very good and very effective over-the-counter vaginal moisturizers and lubricants which may be all you need. If after trying them for a week or so, particularly before sexual-genital intercourse, you are still uncomfortable and concerned, seek a Gyn exam and the advice of a gynecologist
