I agree, just watch: it is not uncommon to have a dilated blood vessels in many different places throughout the body. Generally we do nothing about those large blood vessels. If it were to cause a problem. Or if you have some type of bleeding in the area. That would suggest doing a further workup. And if you have recently delivered a child one would expect larger than normal blood vessels in this area.
