See your Family Doc: Peeling penile rashes should be evaluated by your Family Doc who may need to refer you to a Urologist or Dermatologist. S/he will also be asking about your risk for & exposure to sexually transmitted diseases. And examine for ulcers on other mucosal surfaces.
