No transmission risk: HPV has never been known to have been transmitted by clothing, toilet seats, or the other things you mention. Soap would kill it instantly. And I'm not at all sure the virus "exists forever outside the body". Where did you hear that? If you don't have sex, you cannot catch or transmit the genital HPV types. Don't worry about it.
