Be checked ...: You need a face to face evaluation for detailed history + direct look + testing as needed so to deduce right diagnosis for right care & counseling. Occasionally, genital warts may appear at urethral meatus (opening), but usually accompanying warts in other parts of external genitalia, perineum, etc.
