Don't shave closely.: MANSCAPING: If you shave very closely, you increase the itchiness caused by hairs caught beneath the skin surface. If you want a "neat" appearance, try trimming the hair with an electric clipper instead. For itch now, some people get relief from aloe vera gel, hydrocortisone cream, or Gold Bond medicated powder. No: Itch is not related to MPB. It could be related to dandruff / seborrheic dermatitis, or simply dry skin.
