No Treatment Needed: Scrotal tongue also known as fissured tongue is a benign condition and a common variance ofnormal appearance of tongue and does NT require any tratment if it is cuasing halitosis than mechanical tongue cleaning should be introduced as a routine after cleaning and flossing of teeth.

No cure: Scrotal tongue is a harmless condition that some people are born with. Sometimes it does not show up until an older age. It is characterized by deep grooves in the tongue. Sometimes spicy foods may cause irritation. If so avoid those foods there is no cure.
