It could be leaky: and saggy due to frequent stretching by the penis. IIt stretches the muscle and causes the tightness of the sphincter to loosen. I would try things other than continued anal sex, as you will damage the muscle further. You are itchy afterwards because semen contains substances that make the tissue itch..
