Your symptoms could: Be from hemorrhoids or diet related. Pruritus is commonly caused by increase ingestion of coffee, chocolate, beer, orangs/grapefruit juice, tomatoes, spicy food and nuts.Watch your diet, avoid scented toilet papers, and use over the counter meds. If symptoms don't seem to be improving you will need an examination to rule out any other etiology.
