STD: Herpes genitalis is what I think he could have, or some type of STD. Please consult a physician and get it treated. Avoid any sexual contact until it is diagnosed and treated

Herpes: This ulcer could be due to genital herpes or syphillis or some other STI. Please go to a doctor to get swabs and tested. It is possible that it is just a simple friction blister but it's important to get it checked out
