I am on vyfemla, i skipped my placebo pills and went straight to next pack. took pill at 4:30pm instead of 11am. is it still effective? (never missed)

Probably: It is always best to take your birth control pills at the same time every day. But taking it late for only one day shouldn't make you fertile or anything - as long as it doesn't become a bad habit. If you want to be fairly certain, use a secondary alternative birth control method for a week or so (condoms, foam, etc) while you re-establish consistency. Good luck!
