Been spotting all month because missed bc pill last month, skipped placebo pills, missed pill on 3rd week this month. will i be safe to have unprotected sex if i skip placebo pills again and start new pack right away?

It would not be safe to have unprotected sex with your history of bc pill intake. Do use a second form of birth control like a condom or diaphragm. You may consider getting and IUD. Plan B is also an option but not one that I would recommend. Practice safe sex : https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex-guidelines Get HPV vaccine.
