I have been off the pill for insurance reasons for about two months now. i had unprotected sex, which led to ejaculation. i was on my second to last day of ovulation. "high chance of pregnancy". i took plan-b an hour after it happened. ?

Pregnancy unlikely: As long as plan B is taken within the recommended period, within the 1st 72 hours it is very effective. When taken within the first 24 hours it is even more effective. You do however need to be evaluated by your PCP soon to rule out any sexually transmitted infections. I would use barrier contraception i.e. condoms to prevent pregnancy and any infections.
