Take a test: If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. It is not clear from your question if you are still on your birth control now or not If you have not stopped taking your pills then pregnancy is not likely. This is more likely an episode of breakthrough bleeding.
