No: Nausea and vomiting are unfortunate side effects of antibiotics. Doxycycline is one of the antibiotics that can commonly have that side effect in some people. Make sure that you do not mention it as an allergy but rather side effect since it could limit useful antibiotics used commonly for various infections.
