A 16-year-old female asked:

Can urinary bladder prolapse into the vagina due to vigorous masturbating ?

Unlikely: Usually bladder prolapse occurs when the pelvic muscle is weakened. This is a common issue for women. Some causes can be lifting, chronic coughing, constipation with straining, obesity or just becoming older.

Here are some...: Without a weakened pelvic floor muscle resulting from childbirth-related injury, the muscle straining from masturbation should not induce bladder prolapse except someone having inborn pelvic floor muscle defect, which I have never read and heard through my 46-yr study and practice in urology. So, don't worry through imagination and live a realistic life.
