Question please: Do you want to get pregnant at this time in your life? If that is so, that's the way you do it. The d/c from your nipples comes from your body sending out prolactin which tells your mammary glands to generate milk. Maybe your bf is rubbing your breasts vigorously as you two are making love?

In my reply, I assumed the discharge to be vaginal. If it is from your nipples, Dr. Gordon is correct and I would be less concerned about an STD.

STD? PID?: There are many causes of abnormal vaginal discharge, but STDs are high on the list; and some STDs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia, cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, Fallopian tube infection), which bring pain the the lower abdomen. You need to see a doctor ASAP. Good luck.
