Same as usual: As long as a woman is taking her birth control pills properly, and she has no vomiting nor diarrhea that would interfere with her digesting and absorbing the pills, then her chances of pregnancy are not changed merely due to sinusitis or using Zithromax. Of course, life can surprise you on those rare occasions, so fertile couples who have sex must always be ready to raise a surprise baby.
