Green slime: No you should not leave it. When you urinate and there is a touch of green slime, put it in a small bottle and take it to your doctor for evaluation and management. How often do you see the green stuff? Is there any link between your food and/or drink that might contribute to your green slime?

It is not a problem: Young males produce semen continuously. So if you do not release it(Ejaculations), then you may see some over flow into the urine. This is what you are seeing at the end of the urination, because the glands that make semen(seminal Vesicles)are connected via a small duct which empties its contents into the urinary passage (Urethra). it is harmless, so do not worry about it.
