I have a little bit of anal mucus and sometimes feels tingly and itchy. sores sometimes appear but they go away. i've had this for almost 3 months now?

Broad Diff Diagnosis: These two symptoms can come from a intestinal infection/infestation, can be assoc w Irritable Bowel syndrome, can be assoc w Inflam Bowel, can be assoc w sensitivity to some foods (Gluten?), can come from lactose intolerance, can be a result of Herpes Infection. can be assoc with inadeq hygiene. You should see an internist, get a culture, bld tests. Evaluation for chigers/mites/scabies
