Im seeing a rash and white thick bloody discharge after having an abortion 7 days ago what can it be?

Separate things?: Rash may be allergy to either antibiotic (if given) to prevent infection or betadine (or whichever agent was used to cleanse the area for the procedure) - presuming you mean abortion as in a suction D&C. If medical abortion, could be allergy to antibiotic or something else. The discharge is likely normal endometrial tissue +/- cervical mucous.
