I take three showers a day, but i just recently started smelling a sour smell coming from my armpits and vagina. the only thing different i started using was baby powder by fresh scent (cornstarch formula). i am 205 pounds, but this smell is new?

Three showers a day may be excessive. Sour smells are usually caused by normal bacteria reacting with skin oils and/or sweat. If you perspire significantly, after the shower apply the antiperspirant deodorant. Avoid tight fitting clothes and jeans. Wear white cotton panties.
