Here are some...: Clinically, some indigestion including water absorption expectantly takes place after total colectomy. Managing such functional change should be a part of postoperative care and follow-up. Therefore, ask the doctors in the treating team for individual specific detail and close follow-up after trying to modify how you eat with or without drugs including probiotics, etc.
