Pregnancy Test: Could be early menses however since it is not expected for another 1-2 weeks and you are sexually active, it is worth taking a pregnancy test. Remember however that it may be necessary to repeat the test over the next week. Give your gynecologist a call. Positive pregnancy and severe pain deserves a trip to the ER.
