Over a month ago i had an anal fissure. still having anal leakage and itchiness every once in awhile. sometimes vaginal itch and pain with urinating.

Fissure not healed?: Have you been back to the MD who treated the fissure to see if it has healed? If not, it is time to do so and get checked for a vaginal/urinary tract infection(s) as well. Bacteria from the anus on the perineum is the most common cause for urinary tract infections. (Escherichia coli)
