Very unlikely, but..: Assuming activity occurred exactly as you described, it's very unlikely that you would become pregnant. However, given that we tend to underplay our (previous) activity, it's best to chat w/your Family Doc or GYN about your birth control options. Better yet, wrap it up: make him wear a condom each & every time to also lower risk of sexually transmitted diseases.

Sex: The chances are never zero, but it is low. Sperms do not survive long in outside body temp. Also much of the volume will be lost. It also depends what part of your cycle you were in.

Pregnancy prevention: Any semen on the area near the vagina can get you pregnant. Any ejaculate, even the lubricating type has sperm. Please be careful.
