I got treated with the shot and pills for chlamydia but he hasn't, i had this done a couple hours ago and just had sex should i worry?

Yes, & so should he!: Treatment may be quick & simple, but it may take several days before all the germs die. After treatment, you remain potentially infectious for up to 7 days, and should not engage in sex until then. He is at high risk; you may be at risk, too, if you acquired new infection - more likely if not practicing safe sex. So both of you should be re-checked. Next time, Play it Wise & Safe.
