That would be right: A woman is officially 5 weeks pregnant when she is 3 weeks past conception (about 3 weeks plus a day or two after having sex). That is because doctors count the official start of pregnancy as the first day of the menstrual period prior to the conception (and that first day is estimated to be 2 weeks prior to the conception).
