I have pcos. i noticed pus/light blood coming from my vagina after protected intercourse could it have ruptured? i also got lightheaded/nauseated.

Not exactly: On ultrasound, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) will frequently show many small ovarian cysts; however, these cysts do not drain into the vagina. If you are passing pus and blood, you probably have an infection in the uterus. You need to see an Ob/Gyn ASAP and find out what kind of infection it is and get treatment for it. Best wishes!
