Is it possible to miss first period after stopping birth control pills??

Sure: If you got pregnant then you would miss a period. If you were taking birth control for irregular periods then now that you are not taking them you will go back to your usual irregular pattern. Once you stop pills you are back to your personal usual physiologic state.

Yes: If the endometrium from several months of pill use is minimal then the first expected period will also be minimal(brown discharge) or absent.
