If having sex, maybe: Depo will be offering no residual protection, so unless you're trying to get pregnant, protection should be used every time you have sex. Mid-cycle spotting is common, and although it can be from implantation bleeding (indicating pregnancy) this is not the most common cause. So pregnancy is certainly possible, but the best way to know is to see if you miss your next period then take a preg test.

Use home test: After prolonged use & because Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) has a long duration of action, ovulation may be delayed for up to 18 mo after the last injection. After ovulation occurs, fertility is usually rapidly restored. The only way to be sure if u r pregnant or not is to use a home pregnant test and if in doubt see ur doctor.
