Had sex the day before positive ovulation test, the day of, the next day and day after, will that give me a good chance of getting pregnant?

As good as it gets!: That's about as good as it gets. One can add another 2 days before this current schedule, thus having sex all 3-4 days before ovulation time... to maximize the chances for fertilization. Of course, normal married couples who are young and fertile can take several months to get pregnant, and sometimes even up to 9-12 months. Luck plays a role in life.
