Ignore cyst ; do IUi: Most ovarian cysts of 3.6 cm can be ignored unless very tender or painful ; should not interfer with pregnancy. In utero insemination with your husbands fresh semen would likely be next logical step toward pregnancy. Fertility dr would inject semen directly into our cervix as an office procedure after ovulation. Good luck.
