Sperm viability: http://www.webmd.com/infertility-and-reproduction/guide/sperm-and-semen-faq Sperm can be viable if there is an aqueous environment. . You showered and washed your hand, rinsing off sperm so the probability of having residual sperm is low. It appears you may have dried off or the hand air dried which would limit viability even more . Therefore the overall probability is quite low.
