High risk get plan B: It doesn't matter whether some semen came out afterward. You ejaculated inside at almost exactly the most fertile point in your partner's menstrual cycle. The chance of pregnancy is high. Get post-exposure contraception (Plan B or similar) ASAP. A local Planned Parenthood clinic would be an excellent option.
