No: First of all, know who you are sleeping with! Secondly, STD's are transferred immediately during the sex act so if you are concerned get checked in the next day or so. You don't have to roll out of bed into a testing lab but you should be tested very soon. Importantly, if you test +, you should inform your partner so your partner can be treated simultaneously and not continue to spread it around.
