See below: Likelihood of pregnancy is very low if the pill has been taken daily and you haven't missed taking any pills. The pill itself should't cause abdominal pain. Implantation can be associated with transient pelvic cramps or pain. If concerned check a pregnancy test on first voided specimen in the morning. If negative repeat test in 1 wk.
