Urethritis: Urethral discharge usually means urethritis, infection of the urine passage. Usually due to STD, and "yellowish pus" suggests gonorrhe. But gonorrhea symptoms usually start within 4-5 days, so probably nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) or chlamydia. Some urethritis is not STD, and sounds like you're at low STD risk. Still, both you and your partner need exam and testing for STDs. Good luck!
