Seems about right.: Much of your food contains water. You drink enough or you would die. Oral input must always be greater than urine output because of loss from lungs and skin. If average bladder holds 300 cc (yours might hold less) and you go 5x/ day that is 1.5 liters of obligate input. Add insensible loss and that means you must be "drinking" about 2l of fluid each day. Keep a record of drinking and peeing.
