I have a bloodblister on my cheek and it was not there lat night would it be cancer i smoke 2 fags a day and i havenever had it before should i worry?

Likely trauma: If it is inside the mouth along the cheek, next to the teeth, you probably bite the inside of the cheek sleeping. Don't typically see bloodblisters with Cancer. Certainly best to quit smoking. See if you have any sharp edges along the teeth where the blister is. If it does not clear up in 5-7 days, see your Dentist. Good Luck.

Blood Blister: This condition is usually benign, and is said to caused by minor trauma or injury to the oral mucosa. Regardless the cause of blood blisters in mouth, the habit of smoking can aggravate the condition and prolong healing. Quitting smoking is not easy, but you can do it.
