Seek Medical attenti: Your OB/Gyn doctor can examine you and guide you further. otherwise seek Orthopedic consultation to assess your pelvic bones and joints. It is essential that you remain active and move around. otherwise your bones will get weaker even more and you risk development of blood clots in your legs...so you must walk around(use a support/stick or cane to give you extra support, if needed).

Pregnancy may be natural & normal but that doesn't make it comfortable. I assume you're in your third trimester, which is when the ligaments start to loosen. There are treatments available that are also safe for your baby. Don't suffer in silence but don't be discouraged. Delivering your baby should cure what ails you.

Get an xray of your hardware. It is possible for hardware to loosen, break or move. This can irritate the surrounding tissue. An orthopedic surgeon can evaluate this with an xray and office visit.
