Doubt epididymitis: If antibiotics were not prescribed, your doctor probably believed you didn't have epididymitis; or maybe that it was not due to a bacterial infection. Some cases are viral, and some drugs cause epididymitis as a side effect. Whether teated or not, epididymitis does not cause "motions" in the scrotum. Return to your doctor if you remain concerned. or a urologist or GUM specialist.
