Ans: The herbal medications can cause many neurological issues in my experience. You need to start with a history and then an examination. I would advise stopping all herbal medications for in my experiences they have led to many irreversible issues. Start there. See your doctor

See a urologist: Your symptoms require a specialist exam, evaluation and treatment- call for a urology and GI evaluation.

Sore penis: Saw palmetto is an herbal to treat prostatic hypertrophy, the results are inconclusive. This indicates an effect on the male urogenital tract. Constipation has been noted as a neffect. Would stop the saw palemtto and see if resolves. f/u today w/doc http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-971-SAW%20PALMETTO.aspx?activeIngredientId=971&activeIngredientName=SAW%20PALMETTO

Saw Palmetto is: not likely the cause of your symptoms. Icy cold penis suggests circulation concerns. Please see your doc. Constipation is probably unrelated but tell doc. Have you chanced anything in your diet of late or are you more sedentary than usual? I luse a Chinese product called Cholinex for my patients w/consitipation. Peace and good health.
